Slight modifications to onboarding to support free tier access.

In the Create activity, when I retrieve a translation, sometimes I want to hear the translation immediately - before I add the card.

First cards created in a session often require 10 seconds to retrieve translation.

Starting app takes up to 14 seconds on slow internet connection and 7 seconds on wifi.

This will allow users to flag cards if they believe the translation is incorrect, the accent or voice recording has issues, or it is a shared card with inappropriate content.

Sometimes after I've listened to a card, I realize that it should have had an edit. Currently there's not a way to edit it. The only way I can handle this is by creating a new card and deleting the card with the error.
